New Collection – Ceramics with Oxide PanelsIn this new collection, I wanted to carve each piece and leave oxide panels, creating tiny “miniature paintings” on the surface. Each piece is made one by one by hand, letting the interaction of clay and oxide give it a unique character.These sculptural, organic forms combine a Mediterranean warmth with a contemporary touch, making each piece both functional and a small work of art.

About Me
Hi! My name is Laura Bustamante Donaire, originally from Barcelona, and I create handmade ceramics in Trondheim. Every piece is made one by one by hand, with attention to form, color, and function. I love the process – from clay to finished object – and I think it’s important that each piece feels unique to use and look at.I’m deeply inspired by the architecture of Barcelona, as well as nature and organic shapes, and I enjoy exploring the balance between the functional and the sculptural. My pieces reflect a mix of Mediterranean warmth, retro European charm, and contemporary design.I hope you find something in my studio that brings you as much joy as it brings me to create it.
